Short job description:

• proactively sourcing candidates from internal and external databases
• interviewing candidates by using techniques given through the training
• maintaining the databases, creation of a pipeline of candidates with client organizations
• customer relations / sales (engaging and building relationships)

 

Desired skills & experiences:

• customer relationship management and client servicing skills
• excellent English (other Western Europe languages are plus)
• experience in recruitment / background in human resources are NOT required (company provides training program!)

Internship details:

• duration - 6 months; 40 hours per week (weekends are free)
• rewarding salary: 25.000 CZK in gross (*close to 1.000e with current exchange rate)
